At Scott Joplin Elementary School, we want to create students that are self-motivated, self-generated, and self-propelled, and view excellence as a habit, not an act.

To make our mission a reality, we understand that we need consistent and positive parental support that directly impacts student achievement and behavior. We want to take a team approach therefore, this does not just include support for the child, but also for the school the child attends. Thus, partnering together we can make a difference.

This website is intended to give you information on the practices, polices and expectations of Joplin School, in addition to updates on what’s new at the school, an updated calendar, and great pictures. Please go over this website with your child(ren) so that they are familiar with it as well.
